Mindful Families and Schools is an interdisciplinary group of mindfulness practitioners who meet  to practice together and to share our experiences with implementing mindfulness training for children, youth and the influential adults in their lives.

This co-operative and collaborative group’s intention is to support each other in our various approaches and research endeavours, thereby collectively sharing in our dedication to work towards our goal of a mindful Toronto.
